The previous week was the best occasion to celebrate 20 November, World Children's Day in the Reception center Šid. Educators engaged in the EHO-ELCA project "Empowerment of Refugee Women and Children" organized a creative workshop titled "Happy clowns". Using colourful and decorative artwork details - crayons, crepe-paper, glue and cardboard, the children made some clown masks and then used the same in a joyful children's game. When the time for game was over, educators used the same clowns to decorate premises where the educational-creative work with children is organized, to continue exhilarating kids in the following days. Additionally, colourful air-baloons were given to children to have a merry time in the day when the workshop was done.

Currently, Reception center Šid hosts 80 children. Since the July 2020, educators of Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization continued to support children and families  in the mention Refugee center, together with the Commisariat for Refugees and Migration of the Republic of Serbia (KIRS)
