During the previous weekend, a training was held for volunteers involved in the activities of the project "Field work with children at risk of being involved in life on the streets and / or street work". Also, as EHO organized a professional practice for students of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad, department social work, in 2022, students of the stated professional orientation were also included in the training. On the topic of Conflict Management, psychologist Dragana Ćuk Milankov, through her many years of educational and work experience, introduced the future professionals to the process of constructive communication and presented the foundation of a constructive approach in resolving conflict situations. Through practical exercises, the participants had the opportunity to develop answers to a constructive approach in communication, both on a professional and everyday level, under the guidance of a trainer. Professional training is a one-year opportunity for volunteers to develop their capacities and to prepare in a comprehensive way for their future professional activities.

The above project is being implemented with the support of the H. Stepic Foundation from Vienna, and the goal of the project activities is to provide support through which everyone will find their place in society, both children and young people who are directly supported, and volunteers as future professionals.
