Our field associate engaged in the EHO project "Empowerment of refugee women, children and unaccompanied minors" implemented an inspiring integrative-creative workshop with women and children at the Reception Center Bujanovac, as part of a project supported by the donor ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America).

Through the thematic workshop “The World Through My Eyes”, our youngest and their mothers had the opportunity to show what they want to see in their future through drawing and coloring. Inside the lenses of sunglasses were colorful castles, calm seashores, palm trees, bright sun and messages of joy and hope.

Such activities provide valuable psychosocial support, encourage creativity and bring smiles back to the faces of those who need understanding and support the most. Let's continue to build spaces of hope, security and creativity together!
