A meeting with potential project participants and active job search training "From CV to Job" were held on September 12 in Bačko Gradište, as part of the EHO project "Empowerment through Vocational and Professional Training II", with the aim of providing socially vulnerable youth and adults with support in developing the skills needed for employment and planning further professional development.

During the training, participants had the opportunity to learn about the key steps of an active job search - from preparing a quality resume and presenting their knowledge and experience, to finding suitable advertisements, applying for a job, and preparing for an interview with a potential employer.

A special part of the meeting was dedicated to the individual needs and professional interests of potential project participants. Together with them, appropriate vocational and professional courses were mapped, as well as opportunities for retraining and acquiring additional qualifications. Based on their interests, previous experience and employment opportunities, individual support plans will be further developed, so that the acquired skills are as relevant as possible to the needs of the labor market.

The project "Empowerment through vocational and professional training II" is intended for socially vulnerable people aged 17 to 45 from the Bačko Gradište area and is aimed at improving their employability through vocational and professional training, retraining, professional practice, mentoring and employment support.

The project will organize and finance vocational and professional courses for 10 participants, who will thus have the opportunity to acquire practical knowledge, new qualifications and skills in demand on the labor market. The goal is not only to increase their chances of finding a job, but also to create conditions for long-term economic security and independence.

By providing concrete opportunities for education, training and employment, the project also contributes to creating prospects for remaining in the local community. Strengthening professional capacities and employment opportunities is one way to address the economic reasons for migration and to enable people to build their future in the environment in which they live.
