The project "Level Up - Business Start after High School" was implemented by the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization in March 2025 with the support of the City of Novi Sad - City Administration for Social and Child Protection.

During the implementation of the program, cooperation was established with the Secondary Mechanical Engineering School in Novi Sad and the National Employment Service, which provided support in planning and implementing activities. A total of 27 final year students were included in the program, who attended workshops on the topic of "Presenting Yourself on the Labor Market" and "Job Interview", and then participated in the final event "Connecting Skills and the Labor Market". On that occasion, they had the opportunity to hear and talk to a representative of the National Employment Service and a successful entrepreneur who was previously supported by EHO. Through a workshop on the psychological challenges of entrepreneurship and an inspiring story about starting their own bakery, the students gained useful advice and additional motivation for their future professional path.

After the implementation of all workshops and the final event, students showed progress in their knowledge of the topics and skills covered during the program. Through practical exercises, simulations, and interactive tools like Kahoot, students learned how to write a quality CV and cover letter, introduce themselves to an employer, and recognize their strengths and motivation.

All activities were accompanied by posts on social networks and the EHO website, which achieved high visibility of the program and further increased interest among young people. The program is an example of good practice in cooperation between educational institutions, the National Employment Service and the civil sector in supporting young people in their transition from school to the labor market.
