A joint beneficiary experience exchange meeting was held
04. Nov 2021.
A joint meeting to exchange experiences between beneficiaries who founded their entrepreneurial business with our support and beneficiaries supported by start-up grants was held at the premises of EHO. These meetings are organized according to the type of activity they are engaged in, and this time, beneficiaries engaged in food preparation activities were gathered. The meeting was an opportunity to share experiences, work challenges, present examples of good practice and relevant information and contacts in order to expand the supplier base in the future. Also, an informal group has been formed on the communication platform, to enable exchange information, and mutual support among beneficiaries and help them maintain peer contact after the meeting. “Persistence and faith in yourself and your ideas are the most important beside the support received” – this is the message from the meeting participants to all those who would start a new business.
In the coming period, it is planned to organize joint meetings of other users depending on the type of activity, which will be an opportunity to improve and test their own position in the business.
The three-year project "Improvement of the socio-economic situation of the marginalized in Vojvodina through education and economic empowerment" is implemented by the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization with the support of Brot für die Welt and Diakonie Württemberg / Hoffnung für Osteuropa from Germany.
