A meeting to exchange experiences with beneficiaries supported by a grant for beginners was held in Bačko Gradište. The aim of the meeting was to provide additional support to beneficiaries through the exchange of experiences, information and networking aiming to improve conditions for future cooperation.

In the municipality of Bečej, to which Bačko Gradište also belongs, EHO has supported 16 beneficiaries with funds to purchase tools and equipment in the past two years. In the process of identifying beneficiaries, cooperation was established with the Coordinator for the Roma in the Municipality of Bečej.

Beneficiaries have made significant progress in their business using equipment granted by EHO and have largely achieved the vision they had while applying. The equipment enabled them to negotiate and accept previously unattainable jobs, and helped them perform jobs faster and with better quality.

The three-year project "Improving the socio-economic situation of the marginalized in Vojvodina through education and economic empowerment" is implemented by the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization with the support of Brot für die Welt and Diakonie Württemberg / Hoffnung für Osteuropa from Germany.
