Šaip Ramadanović was supported by equipment for a welder within the project: "Improvement of the socio-economic situation of the marginalized in Vojvodina through education and economic empowerment".

Šaip is qualified and has many years of experience in working on very complicated welding jobs. Relying on that experience, he decided to make a workshop where he will be able to deal with the production of metal products such as fences, specific stainless steel barrels for wineries and other products at the customer's request.

The tool he has for welding is old, overheats and breaks down quickly and can be used for easier welding jobs.

With the support of Brot für die Welt and Diakonie Württemberg from Germany, Šaip was provided with the necessary equipment and apparatus that can meet the requirements of his job.

The new equipment will enable Šaip to independently contract and realize business, which will make its position on the market much more competitive.

The customer support package includes training in business plan development, procurement of equipment and tools for the best business ideas, and mentoring and support.
