On the occasion of the International Roma Day, celebrated on the 8th of April, the Municipality of Smederevska Palanka and EHO Mobile Team for Roma Inclusion realized the event "Days of Roma Culture".

The program was performed by pupils from primary schools and preschools, children cultural and artistic societies, including other young talents from Smederevska Palanka.

At the event, representatives of the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization distributed vouchers for the purchase of school supplies to pupils from Elementary Schools "Olga Milošević" and "Hero Radmila Šišković" who were involved in the educational support program of the EHO project "Social Inclusion of Roma and Other Vulnerable Groups in Serbia 2019- 2022 ”.

Children who are part of this program, and their young tutors who selflessly help their peers learn every Saturday, shall be able to use their vouchers in bookstores for the provision of school supplies.

Activities carried out through the project shall continue until the end of the school year.
