The team of EU project "Exchange of good practices and cooperation in humanitarian action to generate engagement” participated in a three-day training organized by ADRA Slovakia last week. In this online event, project partners developed skills for peaceful conflict resolution through active participation. The topic, "Conflict Management" covered different perspectives and levels within which the conflict can occur and what are the mechanisms of constructive finding of solutions. During the three-day work, the trainers introduced the participants to the concept of conflict through the prism of traditional and modern understanding. Within that framework, considered were possible causes, positions of all stakeholders and models of reaction, aiming toward situation resolution as an ultimate goal.

The mentioned project is realized in Serbia by EHO together with MHD Merhamet Sandžak from Novi Pazar and Philantrophy - Charitable Foundation of the Serbian Orthodox Church from Belgrade, under the mentorship of ADRA Slovakia (ADRA).
