A memorandum of cooperation with schools was signed
20. May 2022.
Five new schools have been included in the implementation of the project "Support to the education of socially deprived children and youth in Serbia" since January this year.
This project has been implemented by the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization for five years now with the support of the German organization Brot für die Welt. On that occasion, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed in our premises with the primary schools "Vuk Karadžić" from Vranje, "Branko Radičević" from Šid, "Jovan Jovanović Zmaj" from Aleksinacki Rudnik, "Dimitrije Tucović" from Jabučje and "Adi Endre" from Mali Iđoš.
This memorandum provides a framework for the implementation of activities aimed at improving the chances and success in the education of children from families of lower socio-economic status and those belonging to particularly vulnerable categories. Two laptops were donated to the schools as technical support for project activities. With this project, the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization joins the efforts of schools to achieve positive personal and social changes by investing in the education of poor children.
