A meeting of EU partners within the Exchange project was held

During the past week, the team of the project "Strengthening the capacity of humanitarian organizations to receive and guide EU volunteers" (Exchange of good practices and cooperation in humanitarian action to generate engagement) together with European partners participated in a three-day training in Kant. The topics of the mentioned training included the analysis of the activities done so far within the set goals of the project proposal. In the further course of the meeting, the final activities to be done were defined. Also, the present organizations shared their experience in working with volunteers. During the second working day, under the guidance of an evaluator, the weaknesses and strengths of the project were presented and suggestions for successful work organization were given. Instruments for evaluating volunteer engagement were also distributed. At the final session, the lessons learned were defined and the upcoming activities were marked once again.
The mentioned project is being realized by EHO together with MHD Merhamet Sandžak from Novi Pazar and Čovekoljublje, the Charitable Foundation of the Serbian Orthodox Church from Belgrade, under the mentorship of ADRA Slovakia (ADRA).

Funds for the implementation of project activities are provided from EU funds, within the EU Aid Volunteers program.
