During April and May, the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization conducted an internship for students of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad, who are majoring in social work. The internship program included the organization of a minimum of 5 activities, with the aim of introducing the students to the specifics of working with social groups that need additional support. In this sense, the students were involved in the activities of the project "Field work with children at risk of being involved in life and / or work on the street." The mentioned project has been realized for 12 years in a row with the support of the H. Stepic Foundation. The activities carried out within the project contribute to the development of an inclusive society. In addition to direct support in the field, which includes volunteers and peer educators, support is also provided within the educational institutions that children from 3 substandard settlements in the city of Novi Sad attend.

In addition to the above, students were given the opportunity to participate in training on the topic of Conflict Management, which completed the whole advanced training. In the coming period, EHO will continue to implement a program of professional practice in cooperation with the aforementioned University.
