The exchange of practical work between four elementary schools in the municipalities of Žabalj and Smederevska Palanka was held on Saturday, June 11th and June 18th, 2022. The mentioned event was organized by the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization in cooperation with O.Š. "Miloš Crnjanski", Žabalj, O.Š. "Jovan Jovanović Zmaj", Đurđevo, O.Š. "Olga Milošević", Smederevska Palanka and O.Š. "Hero Radmila Šišković", Smederevska Palanka.

During these events, the tutors who are engaged in the mentioned schools shared their experiences in providing innovative social-educational services, which are intended for children from socially sensitive groups, who are at risk of social exclusion and leaving the education system. Also, the tutors and children who are part of this program had the opportunity to participate in various activities, drawing and singing workshops were organized, a tour of Lake Jegrička and Lake Kudreč, they also performed various school tasks with the help of tutors.

Our organization provides this innovative social and educational service within the project Social Inclusion of Roma and other vulnerable groups in Serbia 2019-2022. The project is financed by HEKS EPER, Switzerland.
