Occupational workshops have been held in the reception center in Sombor since August as part of the project "Humanitarian Assistance and Protection Related Interventions to People on the Move in Serbia".

We use fine art as a method in the workshops. Occupational art workshops provide a significant potential for social inclusion, give individuals of the migrant population the opportunity to realize themselves in a creative way, channel their emotions and face stress and isolation.

The leader of the workshops is Ana Ilić - Panjković, a graduated professional textile and clothing designer, who conducts the workshops with the support of volunteers Dragana Drljević and Leon Bauer.

During August, 13 workshops were held, where the response was always maximum and to which, those who stay a little longer in our country, were always happy to return. They draw, paint and talk with music and tea.
