Occupational workshops have been held in the family reception center in Šid since August as part of the project "Humanitarian Assistance and Protection Related Interventions to People on the Move in Serbia".

During August, 8 workshops were held in which about 70 children, young people and adults participated.

The participants had the opportunity to experiment with art materials, play, exchange knowledge about art techniques, but also to use art language as a tool that helps them tell their stories.

In addition to the fact that occupation workshops help them to immerse themselves in a new creative adventure, people in movement of all generations have the opportunity to share the experiences they have lived through, fears, dreams, thoughts about the future, as well as to send a message to observers at any time through a drawing or a written word.

The workshops are led by Aleksandra Mirimanov, independent artist and consultant in integrative art psychotherapy.
