In the year when the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization celebrates 30 years of its existence, the same organization also started the process of strategic planning. The new strategic plan should be completed by the end of this year as a product of a participatory consultative process that will include all interested parties (employees, beneficiaries, international and domestic partners and others).

The first consultative meeting was held with the employees. During two days, the current strategic plan was analyzed, the strengths and weaknesses of the organization were analyzed, as well as the opportunities and threats of the environment, and strategic issues were identified.

The strategic planning process takes place with the support of organizations HEKS/EPER (Switzerland), Diakonie Württemberg (Germany) i Brot für die Welt (Germany).
