On Thursday, August 24, in the premises of the "Dušan Radović" elementary school, the distribution of school bags and school supplies for children who are part of the project "Additional educational support for returnee children" was organized.

Since the beginning of February, activities of additional support for children in learning, strengthening of social inclusion, social cohesion and peer education have been implemented. Peer tutors play an important role in the implementation of activities, helping their classmates to master school material more easily.

For the children involved in the project, 80 school bags have been provided, which will brighten the beginning of the new school year for future students as well as for children who are already involved in the education system.

This project is financed by the European Union (EU), which is supported by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
