On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, celebrated every year on October 10, EHO educator Dragana Drljević held an educational and creative workshop at the Reception Center in Sombor. The users currently staying at the Center were able to learn about the importance and definition of mental health, and use their own examples to describe how different daily situations affect their mental health. The users together with the educator presented some creative tips on how to improve mental health in the form of a poster, and thus highlighted the importance of various occupational activities in the Reception Center aimed toward improving their thoughts through sports, painting or board games.

The above-mentioned activities are implemented within the project "Empowerment of refugee women and children" supported by the Evangelical Lutheran Church from Chicago.
