Yesterday, Nikola Farkaš from Vrbas joined the growing family of people in Vojvodina, who, with the understanding and help of the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization, started their own businesses. To this single father of three children, EHO donated a tool for maintenance and arrangement of green areas.

Despite having completed high school, Nikola is unfortunately unemployed and his family of four live in a rented apartment.

For Nikola, who selflessly and painstakingly takes care of his children, maintenance of greenery is the only source of income. Thus the tools donated by EHO shall ensure his business improved. His involvement in this business is ongoing for many years now, but only from now with the right tools in his hands. His oldest son often helps him in this work.

The project "Education and economic empowerment of marginalized groups" is implemented with the support of Brot für die Welt and Diakonie Württemberg / Hoffnung für Osteuropa from Germany.

The user support package includes training on creating a business plan, procurement of equipment and tools for the best business ideas, and mentoring and support.
