Opportunities for professional practice in EHO presented at the Novi Sad Faculty of Philosophy - Department for social work

On Tuesday, March 5, 2024, we presented the work of our organization to the students of the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Novi Sad, majoring in Social Work, as part of the lecture Forced Displacement and Cultural Competence organized by the Center for Crisis Policy and Response (CRCP) and the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. in Serbia (UNHCR). The director of EHO, Anna Brtka Valent, and Tamara Klimek, a volunteer in our project "Support for children who are at risk of being involved in life and/or work on the street", spoke at the meeting. The students were explained in more detail how our organization functions, as well as the principles on which similar organizations function. As our organization has an excellent three-year cooperation with the Faculty of Philosophy - Department of Social Work, opportunities for professional practice at EHO were presented to all present within the framework of the project Supporting children who are at risk of being involved in life and/or work on the street and Empowerment of refugee women and children. Vladimir Sjekloća, director of CRPC and Soufiane Adjali, representative of UNHCR in Serbia addressed the gathering.
