As part of the project "Social inclusion for a dignified life of Roma and other vulnerable people in the Republic of Serbia 2023-2026", the primary school "Bora Radić" in Bavanište was presented with an interactive board with software for the Roma language.

The Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization - EHO, which implements the project, signed the Cooperation Agreement with the Primary School "Bora Radić.

This organization points out that when planning cooperation with schools, they wanted to provide additional support to children who come from socially sensitive groups and are at risk of leaving the education system.

The primary school in Bavanište was supported through the project with a grant for the realization of an intercultural project. The idea of the project team is to adapt and decorate the classroom in which the teaching for the subject "Roma language with elements of national culture" is carried out.

In order to improve and modernize the quality of teaching and provide better conditions for easier mastering of the teaching process, students were given an interactive whiteboard with software for the Romani language.

The donation of the interactive whiteboard is a step towards creating an innovative and interactive approach to education, which encourages greater involvement of Roma children and creates a stimulating environment for learning and development.
