On Sunday, June 23, a sports day was organized for children who are users of the Shelter for Children and Youth in Novi Sad. Thanks to the good weather, the activities were held outside, where the children had the opportunity to participate in various sports competitions.

The children competed in the training ground, and then participated in cross country. At the end of the day, a trophy was awarded to the best competitor. Two special medals were presented - one to the youngest participant, and the other to the most valuable participant who selflessly helped in the organization of the event. 18 children, ages 9 to 15, participated in sports activities.

At the end, the children were awarded with new sneakers as a sign of gratitude for their participation and effort. Through these activities, support is provided to children and young people in their free time, encouraging them to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.

This event is part of the project "Support to children who are at risk of being involved in life and/or work on the street", which is realized with the support of the H. Stepic Foundation from Vienna.
