Towards a new cycle: Reflection, evaluation and planning within the project "Education and Economic Empowerment of Marginalized Groups"

On May 27, 2025, a regular meeting of associates was held at the premises of the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization on the educational component entitled "Reflection of previous results, evaluation results and planning of the next cycle" within the project "Education and Economic Empowerment of Marginalized Groups". The meeting was attended by associates from six schools involved in the project, and the discussions focused on previous activities, challenges, lessons learned, as well as preparation for the next phase.

The main objectives of the meeting were:

  • Exchange of information about the next project cycle,
  • Identification of strengths and challenges in the implementation of project activities,
  • Introduction to the findings of the external evaluation.

During the meeting, planned activities for the upcoming period were presented, including technical support to schools, individual mentoring, workshops, etc.

In a constructive atmosphere, the associates reviewed the previous period and the challenges they faced, lessons learned, examples of good practice, analyzed the main findings of the external evaluation and exchanged recommendations for improvement.

The educational component of the project continues to be implemented in four primary and two secondary schools in Vojvodina, providing support to 360 pupils. The goal of this component remains to improve the educational integration of children and young people from marginalized groups. The project is implemented with the support of Brot für die Welt and Württemberg/Hoffnung für Osteuropa from Germany.
