The Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization (EHO) is announcing a public call for consultants to provide support in strengthening EHO's institutional capacity for fundraising, through the development and start of implementation of a comprehensive financial sustainability strategy.

EHO advocates for human rights, equality and dignity, peace and reconciliation, interfaith cooperation, solidarity, social justice and inclusion, sustainable development, accountability, efficiency and transparency. The organization works directly with marginalized and vulnerable groups, including children, youth, people with disabilities, the elderly, migrants, Roma, people with health problems, the unemployed, women and girls, as well as representatives of civil society and church communities. In addition, it cooperates with local communities, provincial and republican institutions.

Purpose and scope of the consultation
The purpose of the engagement is to improve the long-term financial sustainability of the organization through the development of a realistic and operational fundraising strategy. The strategy should be in line with EHO's mission and vision. The consultant will, over a period of 6 months (40 working days in total), develop a strategy, organize initial meetings with potential partners and donors, as well as training for staff. The results will serve as a basis for strategic decisions in the areas of fundraising and partnership development.

Key Activities and Scope of Delivery
• Development of Inception Report with Work Plan and Methodology
• Development of Draft and Final Version of Fundraising Strategy
• Organization and Facilitation of Meetings with Potential Donors
• Training of Staff in Key Fundraising Areas
• Final Report and Handover of Tools and Contacts

Qualifications
• Proven Experience in Fundraising for Non-Profit Organizations
• Skills in Working with Corporate Sector and Online Fundraising Tools
• Experience in Facilitating and Conducting Trainings
• Excellent Communication Skills, Written and Oral
• Knowledge of Serbian (Native Level) and Good Knowledge of English
