On the occasion of the Great School Class and in memory of the innocent victims of World War II, the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization and the "19. Oktobar" Elementary School from Maršić jointly participated in a commemorative program and laid a wreath at the "Crystal Flower" monument in Kragujevac.

The wreath was laid by representatives of the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization and the Elementary School "19. Oktobar" from Maršić, as a joint act of respect for the victims of the shooting in Šumarice. This symbolic gesture sent a strong message about the importance of preserving the collective memory of historical tragedies, as well as nurturing the values ​​of human rights, dignity and mutual respect.

After the commemoration, the EHO project team, members of the Girls' Club, and peer educators against discrimination, together with teachers and school staff, visited the "21 October" museum located within the memorial park. The visit was an opportunity for young people to learn more about significant historical events and deepen their understanding of the importance of preserving the culture of remembrance.
