From November 12 to 14, 2025, trainings were held in EHO Novi Sad for candidates interested in developing business skills and improving their own business. A total of 52 candidates attended the trainings over the three days.

During the trainings, candidates had the opportunity to receive professional support and practical advice from the EHO team, mastering the key aspects of business plan developing and prepring to start or improve their businesses. The trainings provided candidates with the basis for achieving economic security, both for themselves and for their families. Candidates presented a variety of ideas and plans, including activities in the field of crafts and services, which enabled the exchange of experiences and inspiration among participants. Certain candidates will be selected for support in the form of equipment and tools in the coming period.

All activities are part of the project "Education and Economic Empowerment of Marginalized Groups", which is being implemented with the support of the German organizations Brot für die Welt and Diakonie Württemberg / Hoffnung für Osteuropa.
