Cooperation between Mensa Serbia and the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization

22. Jan 2026.

The Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization has become an implementing partner in the Erasmus+ project "Upskill & Reconnect!" implemented by Mensa Serbia in cooperation with partners from Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Slovakia and Morocco.

The aim of the project is to involve high school-age youth in solving real problems in their community. One of them is the increasingly prominent challenge of digital literacy of older generations. Young people, born in the 21st century, transfer knowledge and skills through the mentoring program and thus contribute to the digital empowerment of seniors.

On Friday, January 16, an introductory session was held at the Ecumenical premises to introduce young digital mentors to seniors - regular users of the EHO program. In a pleasant atmosphere, interests and specific needs were discussed, so that the upcoming training would be maximally adapted to the participants.

The analysis of the information collected will follow, and digital mentoring training will begin at the end of January!
