In the context of the EHO project “Education and Economic Empowerment of Marginalized Groups”, implemented by EHO with the support of Brot für die Welt and Diakonie Württemberg / Hoffnung für Osteuropa, two men from small communities received support that allows them to take their crafts to a higher level and additionally secure income for their families.

Nebojša Nikolić from Ravno Selo, a master for interior finishing works, received a tool that makes it easier for him to perform complex tasks and allows him to complete the work faster and with better quality. Nebojša points out that he can now accept more projects and plans to expand the scope of his services in the area, thereby contributing to the development of the local community.

Sava Balinović, an experienced electrician from Vojka, can work more efficiently and safely thanks to the new equipment. The equipment allows him to expand the range of services, increase the number of clients and ensure a more stable income for his family.

In addition to the equipment itself, both beneficiaries receive mentoring and advice on business organization, planning and more efficient work. This support not only allows them to progress faster in their business, but also contributes to the stability of their households.
