EHO Team strengthened by a new volunteer from Turkey

06. Mar 2026.

The EHO team has been further strengthened by the arrival of a new volunteer from Turkey, 26-year-old Furkan, who joined the organization as part of the EU Aid Volunteers program and will be part of our team for the next 10 months.

During his engagement in EHO, he will be involved in working with seniors, where he will encourage socializing, exchange of experiences and active participation in the community through creative and educational workshops. In addition, he will participate in the activities of the EHO Art Corner, a space intended for creative work and togetherness, where he will develop and improve creative activities together with users, contribute to new ideas, and participate in the design of new workshops and creative products. During his stay in EHO, he will also be involved in other activities of the organization, through which he will have the opportunity to contribute to the work with users and the further development of our programs.

The arrival of a new volunteer represents additional support for our team and the programs we implement. We believe that through joint work and exchange of knowledge and ideas, he will contribute to the further development of activities and enrich the experience of our users, while at the same time improving his skills and experience in working with the community in an international environment.

We look forward to working together and wish him a warm welcome to the EHO team.

The project is implemented within the framework of the "Humanitarian Volunteering for Solidarity Activities" program implemented by the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization (EHO), with the support of the European Solidarity Corps - EU Aid Volunteers and the European Union.
