As part of the project "Education and economic empowerment of marginalized groups - continuation", the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization (EHO) is announcing an open call for the support to the economic empowerment of vulnerable and marginalized groups in the territory of Vojvodina.

The project is supported by Brot für die Welt and Diakonie Württemberg / Hoffnung für Osteuropa.
The call aims to improve the socio-economic position of the call applicants through the development of entrepreneurial skills, through starting or improving their own business and creating more stable sources of income.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
Through this program, participants have access to:
• training for writing a business plan (mandatory step in selection after application),
• grants of up to 800 euros for the purchase of equipment and tools (with the user's participation of 11%),
• grants of up to 3,000 euros for starting small businesses,
• advanced training in marketing, financial management, legal aspects of business and company registration,
• continuous mentoring and consulting support throughout the project.
The funds are intended exclusively for the purchase of new equipment, machines and tools for production and service activities.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Unemployed persons who belong to less employable and marginalized groups have the right to participate:
• Roma
• internally displaced persons
• returnees under the readmission agreement
• recipients of social assistance
• persons living below the poverty line
Candidates must have residence/residence in the territory of Vojvodina and be registered in the records of the National Employment Service.

TRAINING (MANDATORY FOR ALL CANDIDATES)
As part of the competition, training sessions will be organized for writing a business plan, which are mandatory for all candidates who want to apply for a grant.
The trainings will be held at the EHO center in Novi Sad (Ćirila i Metodija 21).
