The Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization (EHO) participated in the annual ACT Europe Regional Forum 2026 meeting, which was held on May 28 in Brussels. EHO is a member of the international ACT Alliance network, which brings together church-based aid organizations worldwide. The meeting brought together members of this network from Europe and other regions aiming to further strengthen cooperation, exchange experiences and define common priorities for the coming period. EHO was represented at this important international gathering by the organization's director, Anna Brtka Valent. During the meeting discussed were humanitarian challenges in Europe and the world, support for Ukraine, the development of the global ACT strategy, and improving cooperation between member organizations. EHO's participation in this forum represents an important opportunity to connect with international partners, present the organization's work and open up new opportunities for cooperation and the development of joint initiatives in the field of humanitarian and development work.
