Behind this document stands another year of daily fieldwork – from Roma settlements and schools to the homes of elderly and chronically ill citizens. Throughout our work, we have been guided by the principle that support should not be a one-time intervention, but a shared investment in human dignity and long-term change.

Below are some of the key achievements and figures that marked our work in 2025:

  • Broad outreach across Serbia: We successfully implemented 42 projects and provided direct support to approximately 10,000 beneficiaries (with an additional 15,000 indirect beneficiaries) in 52 cities and municipalities throughout Serbia.

  • Daily home-based care and support: Our teams carried out as many as 87,541 home visits. Through licensed home assistance and home care services, we supported 1,221 elderly people, individuals with chronic illnesses, and children with developmental disabilities.

  • Support for children and education: Through fieldwork in Novi Sad (including the settlements of Bangladeš, Veliki Rit, and Adice), we reached 445 children at risk of becoming involved in life and work on the streets. We conducted 385 field visits and 310 visits to schools and the Drop-in Center. At the beginning of the school year, we distributed 180 school backpacks with supplies, while 16 children were successfully enrolled in the first grade.

  • Emergency housing support: Following the devastating fire in the Bangladeš settlement in Novi Sad, we assisted 31 families by providing temporary accommodation in residential containers and continued to offer them daily support.

  • Economic empowerment: We successfully completed a three-year cycle in which 209 beneficiaries participated in entrepreneurship training. Additionally, 45 start-up grants in the form of tools and equipment were awarded, while 10 businesses were officially established through grants of up to €3,000 and covered accounting costs during the initial phase of operation.

  • The right to a home: We supported 216 Roma families through the complex process of legalizing their homes in Kragujevac, Beočin, Bavanište, and Niš.

All of these achievements, and many others, were made possible through mutual trust with the people we work alongside, as well as the solidarity of our donors and partners.
