A supervision meeting with local associates engaged in the project "Support to the education of socially deprived children and youth in Serbia" was held on On Thursday, September 17. The goal of the project is to improve the chances and success in education of socially deprived children and youth, and local associates are in charge of identifying and selecting students who are beneficiaries of the project, implementing the project support and monitoring the degree of integration of identified children into the school system and their success.
After the introductory speech of the director of the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization and analysis of current project issues with the project team, a focus group was organized to analyze challenges, obstacles and opportunities in the education of socially deprived students, in the context of changed teaching models (combined model and distance learning). This focus group is the basis for further adaptation of project activities to the epidemiological situation and the consequent organization of the educational process.
