Improving communication, exchange of information and experiences in the field of implementation of specific activities and projects of interest to the Roma population in the City of Šabac were the topics of the meeting of the Roma Inclusion Network - MIR held on Friday, 12 June 2020 at the Center for Professional Development in Šabac. A special focus was also on the exchange of examples of good practice in providing support to vulnerable families in the age of the corona virus.
Roma Inclusion Network (MIR) is part of the project "Strengthening the capacity of local and Roma communities in Šabac for inclusive processes - The key to inclusion", which is implemented under the program "EU Support to Roma Inclusion - Empowering Local Communities for Roma Inclusion" 'funded by the European Union, and implemented by the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities - Union of Towns and Municipalities of Serbia.
The project is implemented by the City of Šabac, the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization from Novi Sad and the College of Social Work from Belgrade.
