On Saturday 04 July 2020, in compliance with all epidemiological protection measures, a training was held for field associates and volunteers engaged in the project "Field work with children involved in life and / or street work". The topic of the training was personal empowerment, and it was held by the coaches of the Team Center from Novi Sad. Participants were introduced to the principles of emotional health, worked on raising awareness of resources for sustainable functioning and identifying controllable and uncontrollable obstacles, as well as on the adoption of strategies and tools for overcoming blockages in work.
