A workshop "Educational tools and applications" was held on 28 September 2020, within the third consultative meeting of the network of associates, pedagogical assistants and teachers, engaged in the project "Improvement of the socio-economic situation of the marginalized in Vojvodina through education and economic empowerment". Project collaborators were introduced to the basic applications for online teaching, tools for creating quizzes and tests (Kahoot, Quizziz and Quizlet), the principles of the inverted classroom and the EdPuzzle tool, as well as the Nearpod tool for creating interactive lessons. The workshop was organized in cooperation with the Institute for modern education from Belgrade aiming to build capacities of project participants for the use of modern technologies in education. The educational component of the project is implemented in seven primary schools in Vojvodina. The support will be provided continuously to a total of 420 students and the goal of this component is to improve educational integration of children and youth from marginalized groups. The project is implemented with the financial support of Brot für die Welt and Diakonie Württemberg from Germany.
