On the occasion of 05 December, International Volunteer Day for Economic and Social Development, our volunteers in the project “Field work with children at risk from involvement in life and/or work on street” (H. Stepic CEE Charity) visited children in substandard settlements in Novi Sad (Bangladeš, Veliki Rit and Adice).  Together with our friends “Haos animatori” who enacted Santaclaus roles, we gave Holiday gift packs to children. Beside these gifts, we also gave thank-you-notes to children who participated in painting workshops and exhibition “Life from our perspective”. Our volunteers signed these notes to help children remember our work together. During the 2020, children were supported by 20 volunteers through various activities in the above mentioned project. The support was realized in direct field work in three substandard settlements in Novi Sad and in cooperation with elementary schools „Jožef Atila“ , „Vuk Karadžić“ from Novi Sad and „Veljko Petrović“ from Begeč, which are attended by children from these settlements.
