Volunteers and field associates engaged in the project "Field work with children at risk of being involved in life and / or work on the streets " visited a part of the settlement of Adice. The goal of the field visit was to provide support to parents to enrol their children in the 1. grade. Considering that the enrolment of children continued through the e-government (“E-uprava”) online portal in 2021, the parents of children from socially endangered families were provided with the necessary support. Having in mind possible obstacles, which may occur due to the lack of technological education, volunteers and field associates, in cooperation with the professional service of the elementary school "Jožef Atila", filled in the application forms for the school year 2021/2022 directly on the spot. This activity is part of the model that has been applied since 2016 within the above mentioned project, and is related to support in the transition of children from preschool to school environment. 

The project of support to children, youth and families within three substandard settlements on the territory of the city of Novi Sad is being implemented by EHO with the support of the H. Stepic Foundation.
