On Sunday, May 23, a training was held for volunteers engaged in the project "Field work with children at risk of being involved in life and / or work on the street" (supported by the H. Stepic CEE Charity). From the very beginning of the implementation of this project, volunteers have been an important component and strength. Every year, through various trainings, the competencies of volunteers are strengthened in order to direct and strengthen their personal and professional development and improve their contribution to the realization of project activities.

This year's training covered two topics. Digital marketing in which volunteers had the opportunity to learn the basics of digital communication, which will make them visible in the labor market. The second part covered the topic of career guidance, where, by analyzing their desires and strengths, the volunteers were introduced to the models that lead to successful career building. As children and young people from 6 to 20 years of age are involved in the project activities, the mentioned competencies will help volunteers to further improve their work. Through workshops, the target group of the project, children and young people will be supported in building their own desires, developing interests, and thus moving them away from the street, and other risk factors to which they are exposed due to life circumstances.

The mentioned training was held by knowledgeable and skilled lecturers in the field of digital marketing and empowerment of young people in the direction of volunteerism, activism and participation in society.
