Contracts signed with 60 families on the territory of the Municipality of Žabalj and Đurđevo.

Within the project “Providing additional support in education to a child from vulnerable groups as a response to COVID 19 pandemic”, 20 tutors will provide additional support in education for 60 children from the mentioned municipalities.
The aim of the project is to support school children and their parents who are additionally affected by the covid19 crisis and who are on the brink of extinction. With additional individual support to school children at risk of social exclusion, active participation in the educational process will improve their safe upbringing in a healthy family environment.
In addition to working with children, our goal is to actively involve parents in the process of supporting children's education, so in July we visited families and signed contracts to provide additional support.
The project is implemented in partnership with the Municipality of Žabalj, Elementary school "Miloš Crnjanski", Žabalj, Elementary school „J. J. Zmaj “, Đurđevo, Center for Social Work of the Municipality of Žabalj and the Office for Roma Inclusion.
The project is funded by HEKS / EPER, Switzerland.
