Our project "Providing additional support in education to children from vulnerable groups in response to the COVID 19 pandemic" received a "new outfit" at the onset of a new school year. Pupils from Elementary school "Miloš Crnjanski" from Žabalj and Elementary school "Jovan Jovanović Zmaj" from Đurđevo shall continue with the mastering of school curriculum after the end of our summer program.

Tutors provide support to children outside of school, meeting with them on Saturdays at the school premises. Tutor’s support is individualized for each child on materials that require additional learning effort. We attempt to create an atmosphere of trust and commitment where tutors work "one on one" with each pupil. We receive guidelines for work from school services, all in agreement with the teachers.

The project is implemented in partnership with the Municipality of Žabalj, Elementary school "Miloš Crnjanski", Žabalj, Elementary school „J. J. Zmaj “, Đurđevo, Center for Social Work of the Municipality of Žabalj and the Office for Roma Inclusion.
