Miroslava Častvenova has been employed at the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization since January 2017 and currently holds the position of Project Coordinator. In this role, she is responsible for planning, preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the project aimed at children in street situations.

Previously, she worked as a Project Associate on projects related to home care, personal child assistance, RakInfo, and support for oncology patients at the Institute in Sremska Kamenica. She was also engaged at the Center for Social Work as a coordinator of the geronto service and case manager.

Miroslava holds a master's degree in social work and has a license to perform basic professional work in social protection. She continuously develops her knowledge and skills through numerous accredited trainings, seminars and conferences in the field of social protection.

In her free time, Miroslava enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being in nature.
