General stipulations

General terms and conditions of payments (hereinafter: General Terms) to the benefit of account of Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization (hereinafter: EHO) by the usage of payment cards determine conditions for Internet payments of any interested entity (hereinafter: donor) to the account of EHO accessed across the Internet website of the EHO, by the means of usage of payment cards. EHO reserves the right to change these General Terms in accordance with its business policy and / or positive legal regulations, of which EHO shall notify donors promptly and in the usual manner on its website.

Amount of payment

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your creditcard account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Eurointo Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank.When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currencyaccording to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversionthere is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Means of payment

Donor shall realize payment to the record account of the EHO utilizing payment cards. Payment is enabled for VISA, MasterCard and Maestro payment cards.

Complaints and refunds

A donor shall submit any complaint on payment executed to EHO record account to the telephone number +38121466588 or by sending an e-mail to office@ehons.org (hereinafter: Customer Service).

Limited liability

EHO is completely disclaimed from any responsibility for damage that may occur on the side of donor or any other third party because of unauthorized usage of payment card or any misuse of the same (theft of payment card, usage of payment card without knowledge or consent of owner of the same, etc.) and in such case EHO shall not refund received payments. EHO shall not be held responsible for disruption of Internet connection or for unavailability of payment card processors.

Protection of confidential transaction data

In the process of entering sensitive data from payment card, confidential information is transferred across the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, which are currently the state of the art cryptographic technologies. Safety of payment data is guaranteed by the processor of payment card, which is the “Banca Intesa ad Beograd”, therefore the entire payment process is fully realized through the Internet channel of the mentioned Bank. At no time is the payment card information available to the system of EHO. On behalf of EHO we are committed to the privacy of all of our donors. We collect only necessary and basic data about donor that is relevant for responsible business informing of donor in accordance with good business practices purposed for the provision of quality service. We shall give the donor a choice and the ability to decide whether or not they want to be deleted from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. Further information about the donor is strictly confidential and available only to employees who require such information to perform their duties. All employees of the EHO (including business partners) are responsible for the respect of privacy protection principles. Safety of payment data is guaranteed by the processor of payment card. For VISA, MasterCard and Maestro the processor is Banca Intesa ad Beograd, therefore the entire payment process is completely realized on web-pages of the Banca Intesa ad Beograd. Any sensitive data related with payments through the use of payment cards is always unavailable to the EHO system therefore EHO shall not be responsible for any misuse of the same.

Application of Rules of Payment through electronic communication channels

Subsidiary rules on payments via electronic communication channels are applicable on any matter which is not regulated by these terms and conditions of payment.
