Within the project "Response to Covid19 pandemic in Serbia", the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization, with the financial support of the ACT Alliance, implemented are activities for the distribution of aid to various vulnerable categories. As part of the planned assistance, we need to procure and deliver food and hygiene packages, and bidders are kindly invited to send their bids.
In order to select the most favorable bidders for the procurement of food and hygiene packages, interested stakeholders are required to submit a bid according to the list of items given in APPENDIX B as well as the required supporting documentation.
Bids may be submitted by mail, provided that the bidders are obliged to ensure that the bids arrive no later than Wednesday, August 4, 2020. until 10:00 AM.
The call for bids is contained of the following documents:
- Invitation for submission of bids (Annex A)
- Specification of required packages (Annex B)
- Statement of the bidder on fulfillment of obligatory conditions in the procurement procedure (Appendix C)
- General data on the bidder and the questionnaire on the qualifications of the bidder (Annex D)
- Bidder's statement - recapitulation of the bid (Annex E)
