Bojana Tankosić has been working in the Ecumenical Humanitarian Organization since April 2019 as a Project Assistant on the project "Integration Network for Serbia", which is implemented with the support of the European Union Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR) and Diakonia Württemberg from Germany.

She completed her studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad at the Department of Psychology and acquired the title of Master Psychologist. She is also completing interdisciplinary studies "Children's Rights" at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb.

She gained experience through work in the governmental and non-governmental sector, and in the field of health, education and social protection. For many years she worked as a family associate and as a support to child victims and / or witnesses in criminal proceedings on the project "Improving the rights of the child through strengthening the justice and social protection system" implemented by UNICEF in partnership with the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs. issues and the Ministry of Justice.

She loves children and working with children and family.
